Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information where applicable so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

No — all delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail. Delays outside of our control can occasionally occur once parcels have been dispatched.

All bakes and teas are prepared fresh for each dispatch window and individually sealed in food-grade cellulose bags to help maintain freshness during transit.

Bakes are best enjoyed within 5 days of arrival.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. No refrigeration is required.
If you would like to keep your bakes for longer, they can be frozen in an airtight container upon arrival and defrosted at room temperature before serving.

All products are prepared in a kitchen that handles major allergens, including:
gluten
dairy
eggs
nuts
soy
sesame
Unfortunately, cross contamination cannot be guaranteed.
Specific ingredients and allergens for each month’s edition will always be listed within the product description.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of:
the outer packaging
damaged contents
shipping label
We will review each case individually and offer an appropriate resolution where possible.
Please retain all packaging and contents, as Royal Mail may require evidence for compensation claims.

Royal Mail considers non-guaranteed services potentially lost after:
10 working days from the due delivery date for First Class and Tracked services
Delays before this timeframe can still occur due to courier disruptions, weather, or busy periods.
If your parcel is significantly delayed, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.

If your parcel is confirmed lost in line with Royal Mail’s compensation policies, we will work with you to either:
arrange a refund where appropriate
or offer store credit depending on stock availability
Claims may require confirmation periods in line with Royal Mail guidelines.
